Terms &Conditions

Please review our terms before booking your journey

Welcome to Abdali Prestige Tours. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, designed to ensure your journey through Afghanistan is seamless, safe, and enriching. Please read carefully, as these terms set out important responsibilities, expectations, and guidelines for your participation.

1. Acceptance of Terms

A booking is confirmed when the client pays a deposit of 50% of the tour cost and receives written confirmation from Abdali Prestige Tours. By completing the booking, you acknowledge acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. The full balance is due at least one month prior to departure. Failure to pay the balance entitles Abdali Prestige Tours to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

2. Tour Itineraries and Variation of Services

All itineraries are indicative only. Abdali Prestige Tours reserves the right to vary the route, order of visits, accommodation, transfers, and timing for operational, security, or safety reasons. While each itinerary is designed with precision, professionalism, and luxurious detail, adjustments may be necessary due to local conditions. Our team will always keep you informed, ensuring your experience remains smooth and memorable.

3. Booking, Payment, and Confirmation

  • Deposit: 50% of the tour cost secures your booking.
  • Final Balance: Full payment is required one month prior to departure.
  • Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Payment methods are outlined in your booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Client Cancellation: If a client cancels, they remain liable for cancellation fees as specified at booking.
